Don’t think they’ll buy it

London is getting the smoke and mirrors ready for a visit by Olympic Games inspectors in the hope of winning the bid for 2012.

The roads are being cleared for the committee to cruise along and all the bunting is being put out.
I just hope someone says to them, hey guys come back next week when its the normal gridlocked chaos and then make your minds up.

£30million and counting on this bid so far, that money could have done an awful lot for grassroots sport in London.

I vote they spend the $30 on new indoor sports facilities and getting some Aussies over to teach the locals how to win at sport.

There’s a lot of grumbling today that Arsene Wenger put out a team and subs bench last night that did not include one British player. The fact that we thrashed Crystal Place 5-1 seems to be beside the point.
