Ken Livingstone must really hate people comimg into central London. After announcing the enlargement of the congestion zone westwards last week, today he’s jacked the fares of buses and tubes, with a single journey in zone 1 going from £2 to £3.
Seems he’ll only be happy when the West End is a ghost town for business.
