bill.jpgInteresting article in The Guardian today about London being the world’s most expensive city for dining out in. The figures come from the new Zagat’s restaurant guide which says that a three course meal with one glass of wine in the average London restuarant now costs £39.09 ($79.59). By comparison the same average meal would cost £35.37 in Paris, £35.10 in Tokyo, £19.30 in New York and £15.63 in Los Angeles.

That’s a huge difference between here and places like the States. Its something to keep in mind if you’re planning a trip to London, cheap places to eat with quality food aren’t going to be found on every corner.
