Today is National Doodle Day, set up in 2003 to help the charities Epilepsy Action and the Neurofibromatosis Association. Among the activities taking place, many celebrities in the UK have contributed doodles (that’s Daniel Craig 007’s, left) that will be auctioned off on eBay and can be voted on by text by members of the public to come up with a winning doodle and raise money.
Members of the public can also enter their doodles either individually or as part of a group, school or company. The closing date for entries is 12 March and there are prizes for different age groups and an overall prize.
