George W arrives on tuesday and a lot of the natives are getting restless. Mayor Ken Livingstone is getting in his cheap shot early, insisting that the Presidential limo pays the congestion charge when it goes through town.
I think Dubya will have Laura pop into the nearest corner shop to pay the fiver.
