Interesting results from the latest figures for the price of a home in London.
The average flat now goes for £250,295 and detached house for £589,590, ouch.
The top ten pricest areas are all around London and the south-east, so if you haven’t bought yet, the cheapest place to start seems to be Northern Ireland.
