Squeezing the travelling public

Tube fares are to rise 25% in central London in January.
Ken Livingstone justify’s this by saying people getting on the tube in central London are probably wealthy or a tourist, so its ok to screw them.

It’s no surprise he hates people who have money but why start making London more expensive for visitors.
It already costs an arm and a leg to come on holiday here, businesses will be putting up their prices due to the congestion charge and rises like this on travel will just add to people choosing to go elsewhere.
