keycop.jpgIn the week when a newly qualified muslim police woman refused to shake the hand of the Metropolitan Police Commissioner at her passing out parade because it was against her religion to have physical contact with men, its no surprise to read how many muggers, burglers and people responisble for assaults are let off with just a caution by the police in London.

This police woman’s obviously going to be as useful as a spare tit on a bull and since she won’t be able to arrest anyone, will fit in well with the Met’s policy of just not dealing with crime even when they have the culprits red handed. Information obtained by the Evening Standard under the Freedom of Information Act shows that last year police in London cautioned(gave a warning given to adults who admit they are guilty) 329 muggers, 474 burglers, 617 car thiefs and 5,955 people who committed assaults to name but a few. Un-frigging-believeable.

You get mugged, you catch the guy who did it and the police come along and say ‘now lad, I’m warning, don’t do it again’. I wonder if there’s any truth in the rumour that as part of their 18 weeks training Met officers have to watch everyone of Mack Sennett’s movies.
