Harry Potter at the BFI IMAX

hpf.jpgThe release of the seventh and last Harry Potter book attracted the usual hordes of fans queueing till late at night for the special opening of book stores in London and other paces in the UK. The fifth Potter film, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, was also released this July and now devotees can see it in all its glory at the BFI IMAX cinema in Waterloo for the month of August.

Tickets are £12 adults, £8 children, a bit more than regular cinemas but the last 20 minutes of the Order of the Phoenix is in IMAX 3D. The IMAX is located on the southern end of Waterloo Bridge at 1 Charlie Chaplin Walk (Map). The nearest station is Waterloo.
