Kensington Palace, Princess Di’s former home on the western edge of Kensington Gardens in central London, is told hold a play in its grounds for the first this August.
The Oxford Shakespeare Company will staging a short run of A Midsummer Night’s Dream in the Palace gardens from 4-17 August (except 6 August) with tickets costing £25. The OSC has been performing their open air shows for six years and include circus performers in the company.
Family tickets or combined theatre/dinner or picnic tickets are available and a bar will be open at the interval. Tickets can be bought online from the Oxford Shakespeare Company or on 0870 609 2231, or from Ticketmaster. Performances begin at 7.30pm.
