The UK now has dozens and dozens of summer music festivals, from monster events like Glastonbury which attract the biggest names to smaller alternative festivals. Some of the ones around the London area include Hyde Park Calling in June, the V Festival at Chelmsford in August and also the Evening Standard’s Metro Weekender at Clapham Common in August, a dance music festival split into ‘South West Four’ on the Saturday and ‘Get Loaded in the Park’ on Sunday, tickets for these are on sale tomorrow. Below is a clip of the Cuban Brothers making their way to last year’s Get Loaded in the Park, in a roundabout way.

Travelers who love spending their vacations and breaks in UK will surely enjoy those festivals and seasonal events.
The ‘Get Loaded’ video was great. I’ve linked your post to today’s Parislogue.com entry re: Blood Red Shoes in London, Tues. May 8th. Have a rockin’ summer in London!
Cheers, it should be a warm one.
