Fans of Hollywood actor Christian Slater can soon see him back on the West End stage. He’s opening in a short run of the play Swimming with Sharks, on at the Vaudeville Theatre from 5 October 2007-19 January 2008.
The play is a stage version of the 1994 film of the same name that starred Kevin Spacey. Its the story of top movie producer Buddy Ackerman, hard nosed, demanding, the boss from hell and his new assistant Guy who puts up with reems of abuse in order to get ahead in Hollywood eventually resulting in a confrontation between the two and and Guy’s girlfriend.
Tickets are priced £20-£45. The Vaudeville Theatre is on The Strand with the nearest Tube Charing Cross. Map
