Looking for that once in a lifetime holiday or vacation, maybe for an anniversary or honeymoon, if so then the Conde Nast Luxury Travel Fair at London’s Olympia this week should provide plenty of ideas.
Calling itself the ultimate inspiration for luxury travellers it has over 200 exhibitors providing expert advice on trips ranging from short weekend breaks to journeys to some of the most exotic places such as remote islands or private game reserves, and featuring luxury or unusual accomodation.
As well as the huge number of exhibitor stands there is a programme of special guest speakers appearing throughout the four day fair who’ll talk about their travel experiences and take questions from the audience. Among those speaking are world renowned chef Raymond Blanc, the BBC and Al Jazeera journalist and presenter Rageh Omaar, author of The Last King of Scotland Giles Foden and Rosie Boycott the first female editor of the Independent and the Daily Express.
The Luxury Travel Fair is on from 10am-6pm, 27-30 June at the National Hall, Olympia in West London, tickets cost £15 advance, £16 on the door. Kensington Olympia on the District Line is the closest Underground station.
