The Vitality Show

London’s Olympia has a four day show starting this week strictly aimed at the girls and ladies. The Vitality Show on from 27-30 March offering tips, help and ideas on beauty, fitness, fashion and health.

It features almost 300 exhibitors, attractions such as the Happiness Theatre, the Style Theatre, a BUPA Health Assessment Centre, the Vitality Day Spa, the Top Sante Anti Ageing Clinic and the Hair Salon as well as yoga sessions to try, catwalk shows and experts giving advice on the Health and Nutrition Stages.

More than 20 experts/celebrities, many familiar from British tv will be on hand to give their thoughts and answer questions, on health living, fitness and fashion. Tickets for The Vitality Show cost £14 advance, £17 on the door. Its on in Olympia’s Grand Hall from 1pm-9pm Thurs, 10am-6pm Fri-Sun. Kensington Olympia on the District Line is the closest Tube station. Map
