FROM MAJOR TO MINOR! In November 1990 the Conservative Party voted out their most successful and greatest leader since Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, while she was still Prime Minister. This exhibition at The Political Cartoon Gallery on Store Street, just off Tottenham Court Road, features cartoons of the five men who have tried to fill her shoes since and by general agreement have failed miserably. Kyle Eastwood Clint Eastwood’s jazz playing son and his band play a gig at the Jazz Cafe in Parkway Camden Town on Wedenesday 31 January. It can’t be easy breaking out of the shadow of a father as famous as his, but in the interviews I’ve read Kyle Eastwood seems a pretty grounded individual and has opted for music over maybe the easier path of using his name to get into acting. Tickets for this show are £17.50 and doors open at 7pm. Camden Town Tube is very close by.
