Whisky Live London

Anybody who enjoys a drop of the hard stuff should make their way to the Royal Horticultural Halls in Westminster this weekend for Whisky Live London 2008 which runs from 29 February-1 March.

The event offers visitors the chance to sample the best whiskies from around the world with the makers and producers on hand to answer any questions. There are education and entertainment zones explaining more of the history of whisky, Masterclasses given by master distillers and themed areas including Food and Whisky combinations, Whisky Lounges, Cocktails, Beer Experience and the Whisky Live stage with music, blending competitions, cocktail demonstrations and other entertainment.

Tickets for Whisky Live London cost £26 advance, £30 on the door and includes Whisky Live tasting glass, show guide, 5 vouchers and food. Victoria is the nearest Tube Station. Map
