Foggy London update

The fog is continuing to have an influence on flights in and out of the UK as one of the busiest travel weekends of the year kicks in. I think most of the south east had fog this morning, here in north London the visibility was about 200-300 yards by mid-morning.

Flights cancelled at Heathrow

British Airways are cancelling all domestic flights from Heathrow tomorrow because of expected heavy fog. Apparently today 180 flights from Heathrow had to be cancelled and 223 in the UK altogether, which is strange because I was in central London today and the sky was clear as a bell.
