Awol Arsenal player Sol Campbell’s lawyer says his client ‘has no personal problems whatsoever’ and just needed time to gather his thoughts.
Oh, great, well when he’s done that maybe he’d like to show up for a kickabout with the rest of the lads, the clubs only paying him a hundred grand a week to play a few games.

Sol has apparently hired a Hollywood agent because he thinks he can be an actor after football and I hope walking out on the team at halftime against West Ham wasn’t the first thespian hissy fit he’s trying to throw.
Arsene Wenger needs to let him know that he’s a footballer first and gets paid a hell of a lot of money to be so and if he ever walks on the team again, don’t come back.

Absolutely right. If he is mentally screwed up he should talk to the chairman, about re negotiaiting his contract and possibly quitting. Walking out in the middle of a game is not cool.

These guys have totally lost contact with reality. They aren’t working men anymore, they are superstar bitches with fragile little egos.
