Interesting artcicle in The Times today about how you can save up to 40% on a lot of flights just by booking them on American based websites as opposed to British ones even if the flight in question is from say London to somewhere in Europe.
British Airways even admit that have different prices for exactly the same flight if bought in the UK or US saying ‘We price differently in different markets, based on the state of the market and on what our competitors are doing’ and that ‘there are no implications for travellers if you book through an American website’.
The best US based site I’d recommend for searching out the good deals is BootsnAll, they have great links to track down the cheapest tickets.
