Bricks and mortar=$$$$

A great example of the crazy British housing market. An end of terrace house, flogged by the council in Chelsea for fifty grand five years ago, is now on the market for £900,000 and the selling agent has the front to say its ‘ good value for money’.

If I was ever in the position to drop 900k on a place I’d be looking for more than that.
