How one coach can fail to motivate a team, while another brought in straight afterwards can turn the same set of players into winners is one of the mysteries of sport.
I’d have to research the results, but my guess is that Uday Hussein falls into the first group. He certainly had a unique man-management style.

I like the ‘dropping from 20 ft into a vat of raw sewage’ and would like to recommend Alex Ferguson provides this for his Man U team whether they win or lose.
