End of the road for Fergie's boys

Just watched Manchester United go out of the Champions League even though they beat Real Madrid 4-3,(they lost 7-6 over the two games). In truth, Real are miles ahead of United in footballing terms and Man.Utd only scored when Real lost interest.

Ronaldo scored a hat-trick and when he, Zidane and the rest step up a gear it’s men against boys. United never gave up but the skill level showed through.

The semi-finals are now Real v Juventus and AC Milan v Inter Milan.

If Real played flat out for 90 minutes they’d beat any of these, but because they slack off in between being brillant, and are weak in defense, Juve have a chance.

That has ruined my day. I guess the 20ft ‘vat drop’ will cheer them up.

It amazing how stacked Real Madrid is…Ronaldo, Zidane, Raul, Roberto Carlos, Figo.

Would of liked to have seen he game sounds like a thriller.
