What ever you think of Roman Abramovich, this guy doesn’t hang around.

In the last two months he’s spent close to £200 million buying Chelsea, £111 million on transfer fees to cherry pick some of the best players in Europe (god knows what on salaries), and now has got the guy who runs Manchester United to quit and take over the running of Chelsea.
He says if Chelsea aren’t doing well when the transfer window opens in January he’ll spend another £100 million.

Never has the phrase ‘money talks’ been more appropriate
