Nice piece of the action

Interesting list of the world’s best paid footballers. It says that Frank Lampard gets the highest salary from a club, great player who gives 150% in every game but I’m surprised he’s got the biggest contract.

Beckham’s the top earner overall with endorsements included, but looking at the top ten I’d say at least five, Zidane, Figo, Raul, Del Piero and Vieiri are past their best and collecting the big wedge without delivering a return.
