Reaching the halfway point

Most of the Premiership teams are playing two games in three days and while things are very tight at the top and bottom of the table a couple of slips could be the season gone.
Chelsea had one yesterday at Charlton getting thumped 4-2, and Abramovich sitting in the stands must have been thinking how much more money do I have to throw at this team. Defensively they were awful.

Arsenal and Man.United both cruised to victory so the pressure is now on Chelsea tomorrow or the New Year could start with just the old two fighting out the championship. And four London teams in the top five, guess the northern clubs can’t hack it any longer.

Joe E. discovered that Ebenezer Scrooge or his descendents are alive and well and working for the Inland Revenue. You just know these guys love their jobs.
