Just come back from Bar Humbug where we watched the Liverpool v Arsenal game. Ended 2-2 but Arsenal were all over them, absolutely mullahed them in the first half, but ever since I’ve been following Arsenal, going back to the 70’s, Liverpool are that one team that has the Indian sign on us. No matter how well we play and dominate they always squeeze out at least a draw, so it was written and shall for ever be.
Watching Thierry Henry and Michael Owen tonight was like chalk and cheese. Owen’s like a lost boy whose confidence is shot, Henry just swaggers around all over the pitch and turns on his electric pace when he feels like it. If Arsenal keep playing like they did tonight they’ll be champions.

Not good to hear my boys in Red are struggling, but happy to know they eked out a draw against what sounds like a better team.
I remember Bar Humbug, it wa one of the 27 pubs on that one block where we watched an Arsenal that Saturday.
It does sound like the same old story. Give them credit, they get wins when up against a superior team.
