Sold, to the gentleman from Florida

Can’t help laughing at the Manchester United fans who are getting all bent out of shape at the latest takeover rumours at the club.

Malcolm Glazer, the owner of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is making a move to take control of United and the fans seem to think that even though the club is listed on the stock exchange its not for sale.

Guess what United fans, its no good crowing how you’re the biggest sporting club in the world because the market values you at £600million then crying because someone is prepared to pay that for you.
Nobody knows what plans Glazer has for Man.Utd, but if he can arrange the finance that’s business, the team is his.
The pitch invasion’s and ‘Not For Sale’ signs are just ridiculous.

I love it. The ultimate pay back. Man U have been ‘cherry picking’ the best players from the other teams for years including from Arsenal why?…because they were the biggest team with the most money and their fans loved it.

Now someone’s going to buy them!

I reside in Tampa, Florida home of the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Malcolm Glazer bought the Buccaneers in the early 1990s and held the city of Tampa hostage. He told us he would move the team elsewhere unless the city financed the stadium project. After he got the stadium built, then he raised ticket prices 25%-50%, moved season ticket holders to terrible seats in the stadium and is rarely seen anywhere in town. This guy wears a facade of caring for the fans and supporters, however, he is like the grinch that stole Christmas. He only cares about profits, and throwing small scrumpels on the supporters. I believe that McManus and Magnier have done a great job. Glazer is a horrible owner, and is equally bad as a person.
