Spreading British culture

Interesting article in The Observer about how Russian football fans have been adopting the ways of English football hooligans, down to the dress codes and similar sounding names.
One Moscow fan says ‘we had some hooligan consultants over here from Millwall last year, they taught us a few tricks’. I’ll bet they did, go into any bookstore and you’ll probably find a whole shelf of books written by ex-hooligans, it might have been kicked out of the stadiums in England for the most part, but with the books and movies football related violence is still going to attract its share of idiots and Russia could be an untapped market.
