hostel.jpgIf you’re on a budget in London and looking for cheap accommodation finding a place that is affordable but also offers a little quality can be tricky as there are literally hundreds of hostels out there and figuring out which are the best can take some effort.

BootsnAll has tried to make the job a little easier with their revamped Best Hostels in London page. As well as giving a comprehensive list of London hostels it also allows travellers who login the chance to rate places they’ve stayed in with a simple thumbs up or down vote and they can give a short comment on their thoughts on the hostel.

As the BootsnAll guys say choosing a hostel as one of the best is going to be subjective but what ever the reasons someone’s given it the thumbs up its going to be through the experience of staying there, and reading another travelers’ views is one of the best ways of finding a hostel and location that will suit your own needs. If you are more interested in nightlife and meeting people, then you should check out our guide to London’s party hostels because most of those not on that list make a big effort to keep the places quiet, even during the daytime.

Check out the London Hostels page if you’re planning a trip here and if you’d like to vote on whether a hostel is good or bad, or would like to make a comment you need to sign up for an account which just requires a name, email and choice of password.
