Florida has passed a law that we could use here in the UK, allowing people to kill in self defence without trying to flee.
Wouldn’t it have been wonderful if a pregnant Abigail Witchall had had a 9mm on her when the psycho decided to chase her and her baby down that country lane last week, and instead of him cutting her spinal cord and leaving her paralysed from the neck down she had pulled out her piece and pumped about ten rounds into his head.
A nice thought but it’ll never happen in this country.

The law looks good on paper but having lived in Florida, the ‘State of Confusion’ for twelve years, I’m curious to see how it turns out in real life situations. One thing for sure, Floridians will be much less likely to have unexpected visitors drop-in. so, if you plan on visiting, call first!
