Just what the neighbourhood doesn’t need

Here’s an interesting clip on a proposed new mosque and Islamic centre on the London Olympic site at Stratford. I remember reading last year about a lot of local opposition to it, the sheer scale of what they want to build is worrying people but as usual London Mayor Ken Livingstone is right behind it so it’ll probably happen. I think they should really check who’s funding this, the Saudis pay for lots of mosques in the UK but bring a hardline islam with it, but the government says jack because they to hang on to defence contracts and access to oil.
