A Beautiful Day

We had clear blue skies and a little light breeze here today, some of the snow from yesterday was still on the ground but most had melted. A perfect day for a long walk out in the country, which I didn’t manage to get having to work. Hertford where I live and work is surrounded by farmland and open countryside and on really fresh days like this it would great to get out away from things.

My flatmate Anil and I are sitting here talking about his fast approaching wedding in March. It’s amazing that he’s been waiting to get married to his fiancee for the last few years and now that the dates been set things are really coming up quickly. He’s marrying Priya from Malaysia in a civil ceremony in London and a hindu wedding in Malaysia in December. I’ve known these guys for the last four years and they’re a great couple. Can’t wait to attend my first Indian wedding.

I found this funny because I expected to read about the walk you took. Well, Chris, at least you’re aware of life beyond your immediate domain.

Looking forward to your post on the Indian wedding.

I’m looking for the wedding too and hopefully I’ll get to attend. Malaysia isn’t far from Bali….and all that good food!
