Black is so last year

Israel was shocked when Hamas won the recent Palestinian election, probably understandably now they’ll have to deal with an Islamic party. But I want to see the look on their faces if they have to sit down with Abu Tir, newly elected Palestinian member of parliament for Jerusalem.
How does an Arab get a beard that colour or is he just trying to be trendy.
