Finger of blame

Another example of a weak British judicial system having real consequences on ordinary people, this time two Spanish families.

A Briton called Tony King has admitted killing two Spanish teenagers. Guess what, he’s got a long history of attacking young girls in the UK, but even when caught the authorities seem like they can’t wait to let these guys go.

King was convicted in 1986 of attacking five women and given ten years. He’s out in 1991,back inside two months later for assaulting somebody else and re-released in 1993 to go his merry way.
Are these judges and parole boards ever going to look at what allow to go on.

The British legal system and the sentencing structure needs to be completely overhauled. After working at Scotland Yard in Criminal Records I saw a long line of serial violent offenders get off with ridiculously light sentences. This guy is just the tip of the ice berg.

I remember one case back in 1987 of a guy who was up for guess what? Murder. Looking back at his criminal record I saw that his previous convictions included one for manslaughter. This manslaughter charge was brought about after the accused ( already a convicted violent criminal ) had stabbed a stranger on a crowded public bus as the victim tried to exit. He did this in full view of other passengers with 2 different knives! ( one of which was still stuck in the victim when the police arrived ). Surprise, surprise there were no witnesses as this was in an ethnic neighborhood.

Cops couldn’t prove murder even though his prints were on both knives ( he said it was self defence…laughable ).

He was given 4 1/2 years in jail, out in a 1 1/2. Thank you very much Mr Sociopath.

Bring the banjar over to Britain

The Banjar would be great, local people taking care of the problem themselves.

Interesting to note that America no longer holds the monopoly on the revolving door justice system.
