London gets some rain at last

After having one of the driest and warmest April’s since records began there’s finally been some rain in London today, some intermittent heavy showers with more predicted for the rest of the week.

Rain is not what visitors went during there trip but its definitely needed here, the ground is very,very dry and lawns have been turning into a patchwork of brown. The forecast for the rest of the week is for sunshine and showers, with heavier rain by midweek. Temperatures will be in the mid 60s fahrenheit during the day, going down to around 50F at night.
