Oi, speak English mate?

In a survey for French newspaper Dimanche Ouest France, a third of French people said they can’t speak English, which is an absolute disgrace and I hope Jacques Chirac is addressing this problem immediately.

A survey for The Sun found that 50% of English people could barely speak English and 99% had no interest in learning that foreign rubbish.
