The law’s an ass, again

The two killers of 18 year old Anthony Walker have been found guilty of murder and will be sentenced tomorrow.
Good, and if I was in sole charge of the country they’d be getting a rope fixed around their necks some time in the afternoon.
What they’ll end up with is a life sentence and if life meant life that would be ok, but in the UK there are variations of ‘life sentences’ and the way judges decide these is dictated very much by political correctness.

The average murderer who gets life nowadays will get a recommended minimum sentence, normally a pathetic 12 years. If the crime is judged a racist crime the minimum term is 30 years.
Anthony Walker was black and his killers white so they’ll be going down for at least 30 years, absolutely right, but only a week ago the three British Pakistani’s who kicked to death Christopher Yates in east London got the 12 year option because the judge decided it wasn’t racially motivated even though the killers were bragging about killing the white man.

This is nonsense. British judges are some of the wettest, softest liberals you’ll find and probably think that only white people are capable of a racist crime. You can’t have this same crime, two sentence’s system.
Commit murder and expect a minimum 30 stretch regardless of the colour of the victim or attacker.
