Tour of duty

The continuing need for US forces to stay in Iraq means that more and more reservists are having to be sent, but you wonder how long guys in their 40’s and 50’s are going to put up with being called up and taken away from their regular life especially when some haven’t been out of the States before.

I think the US military will have problems with manpower.

I think in the next 20 years we will see a rapid development of robot soldiers. Not the Terminator kind, but like ones already in operation which are basically machine guns on wheels with tv cameras operated from a remote location.
