lon.jpgIf you’re on a trip to London in the next week or so there’s some good and bad things that might effect your stay. Good, the weather has picked up after a pretty crappy August, its been warm with bright sunshine for the last couple of days and the forecast for the coming week is its set to continue with temperatures around the lows 70sF, its not cold at night either.

Also good is the London Underground is back to normal after the strike but things could turn bad again as the union has another three day walkout planned for next Monday. Tube passengers are the football that the RMT union and the Underground bosses are going kick around until one of them concides some ground.

The exchange rate will also be bad for visitors wallets as the Pound has been getting stronger again against currencies like the US Dollar, it was down to $1.97 now its back up to $2.02. One good thing about visiting London now is that the kids are back at school and the main tourist attractions should be a little less busy.
