Seems like call centres in India are having a job hanging onto staff who can’t handle abuse from people in Britain and the US.
I know these guys are just doing their job but I’ve had it in the last six months where I’d be getting cold calls every night of the week asking what mobile phone I had, what about the landline, trying to explain some package they wanted to sell and I just felt like saying at the end ‘look, fuck off, I don’t want it!’.
I wouldn’t like their job and the companies that employ them probably don’t let them know that what they’re going to be in for.
