What’s on London’s drawing board

Its no secret that London is suffering from a chronic shortage in housing. Demand for properties far out strips supply and a report the other day pointed out what a sellers market it is with on average over 100 buyers competing for each property that comes up for sale. With large scale immigration into London at the moment that situation is not going to change and developers can make a fortune building on run down and brownfield sites in the capital.

The Daily Telegraph has an article today on some of the major projects planned across London or already underway. One things for sure, there’s a lot more building work and regeneration to come in London.
