Stopping the bombers

Since the raid on the house in east London yesterday by police looking for a chemical weapons terrorist plot, its been interesting to hear the reaction of muslims in Britain.They seem in denial that after the attacks of last July on the bus and underground in London, carried out by young British muslims, that there could be any possiblity of further attacks and if the police mount raids or arrest potential suspects its all out of proportion to the threat.

I watched an interview with a spokeswoman for some muslim group on tv this afternoon and her whole point of view put the problem down not to a terrorist threat but police going around with a heavy handed attitude targeting muslims.

i don’t know what the police will find but i don’t believe they mount raids of this scale just for the hell of it with no idea of what they’ll find. If they need to smash open a few more doors to keep the public from being blown to bits,crack on.
