You can’t be serious

Two organizations with their heads up their asses, the European Union and the National Black Police Association.

Case number one, Dutch Foreign Minister Bernard Bot, speaking on behalf of the EU about the Beslan school massacre saying ‘We would like to know from the Russian authorities how this tragedy could have happened.’

Because, in case you missed it Bernard, a bunch of sick maniacs think they’ll get their way if they slaughter lots of kids.

Case number two, the National Black Police Association saying the government needs to bring in quotas to recruit more police from ethnic minorities.

I read in the press this week that white males make up 43% of the UK population but only about 23% of doctors, does that mean we need affirmative action to recruit more white male doctors, of course not, we need motivated people who want to be doctors. The same with the police.

I don’t think you understood the thrust of the NBPA.
Their idea of quotas seems to be nothing more than a proposal to stack more minorities in those areas where they predominate. They also infer that promotions maybe an issue with minority officers.
I don’t think there is any problem in looking at a proposal, I am sure they can meet somehwere in the middle.
